Ingredients
4 eggs
125 g caster sugar extra dusting
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
50 g desiccated coconut
1 lemon rind
175 g chocolate
300 ml double cream whipped
225 g mixed berries
33 cm swiss roll tin with non-stick baking paper
Instructions
To freeze: freeze at the end of stage 2 for up to 3 months.
