Lemon-ginger Marmalade

Ingredients

3 lemons
3 3/4 c water
1 ginger
4 c sugar
1/2 cup water to bowl with seeds
3 cups water to bowl with lemon
1/4 cup water in processor
1/2 cup ginger juice
4 cups sugar to lemon mixture
2 drops should merge
1/4 from top
1 year
