1 lentils 1/2 c rice 2 c carrots 3 c water 1 package vegetable broth 1 ts garlic 1 ts basil 1 tb olive oil
Instructions
Wash and pick over lentils. Place in a large saucepan with rice and carrots. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until rice is done, 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
