Linguini With Limas And Mustard
Ingredients
6 tomatoes seeded
1 1/2 c vegetable stock
2 c baby lima beans
3 slices scallion thinly
3 tbsps grainy mustard
1 linguini
Instructions
Simmer limas, scallions and mustard in vegetable broth about 7 minutes while pasta is cooking. Add tomatoes and remove from heat. Toss cooked pasta in sauce.
