Louisiana Creole Rabbit
Ingredients
1 rabbit
1 ts salt
1 ts black pepper
1/2 ts cayenne pepper
1/4 c onion
3 garlic
2 tb vinegar
1 ts browning sauce
1 package mushrooms
1 tb butter
1 tb parsley
2 tb green bell pepper
2 tb green onions
5/8 c wine
Instructions
7. Bake 30 to 45 minutes longer, until rabbit is fork-tender.
