1 package dry yeast 1/2 c milk 2 3/4 c unbleached all-purpose flour 4 oz butter 1 stick 3 tb sugar 1 egg 1 c poppy seeds milk to cover the seeds 2 tb honey 1 ts butter 2 egg whites
