Malay-style Chicken & Sweet Potato Stew

Ingredients

1/2 c all purpose flour
1 ts cayenne pepper
1 ts cinnamon
2 1/2 pound chickens
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 slices onions
3 tb ginger
2 tb garlic
5 tb prepared curry powder
2 qt chicken stock
4 sweet potatoes
1 c unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 c cilantro
1 well

Instructions
