Mango Cream Pie
Ingredients
1 gelatin
3/8 cup lime juice
1/4 cup rum
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
1 mint sprigs for
9 packages pieplate according to directions
2 cups mango gelatin mixture
Instructions
Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Spread over filling. Garnish, if desired. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
