2 eggs 1/2 cup margarine becel 1 cup maple syrup 100 pure 1 1/2 cups apples 3 cups flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Cream eggs and margarine in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add Maple Syrup and apples. Mix well. Sift in dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Put into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
