Maple-mustard-glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients

some stir maple syrup
2 lb pork loin roast
5/8 c maple syrup
3 tb dijon-style mustard
2 tb cider vinegar
2 tb soy sauce
1 salt and pepper
350 degree oven until internal temperature measured with a meat thermometer
