Meat Loaf Bourguignon

Ingredients

some garlic
2 1/2 lb beef
1/2 lb pork
1/2 lb sausage meat
2 onions
1/2 c parsley
2 ts oregano
2 ts thyme
2 ts nutmeg
2 ts salt
1 t pepper
3 tb teriyaki sauce
1 tb soy sauce low sodium
2 tb dijon mustard
1 c dry wine
2 c crackers
1/2 c walnuts
2 eggs
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
1/8 parsley sprigs a bowl place all the ingredients except the cheese
1/2 form
1/2 a compact loaf approximately
1 1/2 in depth
400 degree oven
400 degree oven is too high for meat loaf

Instructions

I also like to remove some of the fat and juices that accumulate in the pan about half way through cooking by using a turkey baster to suction in out of the pan.
