4 slices tart cooking apples 3 tb margarine 1/4 c sugar 4 tb sugar 1/4 c raisins 1 calvados 3 egg whites 1/4 ts cream of tartar 2 baking dish 350 de until apples are tender
Instructions
whites and cream of tartar on medium speed until foamy. Beat in 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tb at a time. Continue beating on high speed until stiff and glossy. Spread over apples. Bake until Meringue is golden brown. 12 to 15 minutes. ----
