Mexican Fruit Cake
Ingredients
2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon soda
2 eggs
19 oz pineapple
3/4 cup walnuts
1 nbsp
8 oz philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup margarine
2 1/4 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Combine cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in a greased & floured pan for 35 mins.
Cool cake. Prepare frosting. Frost cake once cooled.
