Mexican Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients

6 oz pasta shells
1 tb vegetable oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic
16 oz vegetarian refried beans
1 tb chili powder
2 1/2 oz black olives
6 oz monterey jack

Instructions
