Mexican-style Creamed Corn

Ingredients

10 oz pkg kernel corn
1/4 c sweet pepper
1/4 c cream cheese
1 t skim milk
1/4 c green pepper
1/4 c celery
1/4 c green chili peppers
1/2 cup water

Instructions
