Misestrone Casalinga

Ingredients

some soak beans covered in water
1 c beans
10 c water
1 onion coarsely
2 garlic
2 slices leeks
2 slices carrots
2 slices stalks celery
2 potatoes peel
1/2 lb mushrooms thickly
2 zucchini cun in
1/2 slices length-wise
1 c green beans
1 pcs
15 oz stewed tomatoes italian style
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp sage
1 c cabbage
1/2 c peas
1/2 c orzo
1 pepper to
1 hr
1 hint this soup is even better when it is reheated
