1 lard melted
4 1/2 cups flour sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 fat for frying
1/2 thickness
2 3/4 doughnut cutter
