Moroccan Stew

Ingredients

1/4 cup water
2 cups stewing
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tumeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 sweet potatos
2 zuccini
2 summer squash
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
1 bell
1 serve over couscous
1 a lot

Instructions

** I eliminated the cayenne, cut way down on the garbanzo beans (or else they permeate every bite) and served with a dollop of plain nf yogurt (non-vegan).
