1 lb chicken 1 oatmeal 1 tb salt 1/4 ts black pepper 1/2 poultry seasoning 1 c applesauce
Instructions
Corn meal or bread crumbs may be substituted for oatmeal. Preheat oven to 350. Mix together well and bake 1 hour. Vary with chopped tomato, green pepper, parsley, celery.
