250 g mushrooms
1 shallot
1 ts mixed herbs
1 ts parsley
3 tb flour
1 1/2 c milk
1 ts salt
1/2 ts pepper
4 egg yolks
4 tb parmesan cheese
2 tb cream
1/4 ts mace
4 egg whites
4 ingredients
4 souffle dishes
1/2 mushroom mixture
