Neil's Klondike Chili

Ingredients

5 onions
4 stalks celery
4 centiliters garlic
3 cans tomato sauce
3 cans stewed tomatoes
3 cans kidney beans
12 ounces bo ortega green chili
3 ounces chili powder
5 pounds chuck
1 bottle devil sauce

Instructions

Fry Onions, Celery and garlic until onions are transluscent. Put in large pot. Cast iron or stainless. Brown Ground Chuck in skillet. Drain off liquid, an d put in pot. Quarter tomatoes, and add to pot. Add Kidney Beans and Tomato S auce to pot .(I usually drain cans, but it's optional) Bring to boil, turn down heat and simmer slowly for 1 hours, stirring often, to keep from sticking. Ad d Green Chili Salsa, Salt, Chili Powder, Hot Sauce^ to taste. Simmer for two m ore hours.^ Very Thick and Spicy. Serves 15 18^ ^
