New England Clam Chowder Iv

Ingredients

3 slices bacon
8 clams
3/8 c onion
1 carrot
2 t flour
1 1/2 c milk
1 c cream
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/4 t thyme leaves

Instructions

smooth. 10. Stir in cream, salt, pepper, thyme and reserved clams.
