No Fuss Tuna Quiche

Ingredients

9 deep-dish pastry shell
1 1/2 c low-fat milk
3 eggs
3/8 c green onions
1 tb pimiento
1 ts basil
1/2 ts salt
6 1/2 tuna
1/2 c low-fat cheddar cheese
8 spears broccoli
2 from center comes out clean

Instructions
