Nuevo Laredo Chicken

Ingredients

2 pounds round steak
12 ounces beer
2 garlic
1 3/8 cups all purpose flour
5/8 masa harina
2 teaspoons cumin seed
1 chile prefer
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano preferably mexican
1 egg
1 oil preferably canola twice tenderized by the butcher
1 this nearly nouvelle cfs features a beer bath
2 tablespoons beer over them
1 while the steaks are soaking
2 tablespoons beer
1 dredge the steaks in the masa-flour mixture

Instructions

Place the steaks on separate plates, spoon mashed potatoes with onion next to them, and cover both generously with the gravy. Serve immediately.
