Oatmeal Apple Cake

Ingredients

1 c shortening
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c flour
1 ts soda
2 c apples
1 ts salt
3 oatmeal
1/2 c nuts
3/4 c water
1 ts vanilla
1/2 ts cinnamon

Instructions

Cream shortening and sugar; add water, vanilla, eggs, dry ingredients, oatmeal & apples. Bake 350 deg for one hour in square cake pan or bread pan. ----
