Olive & Rosemary Flat Bread

Ingredients

some health food stores
1/2 c brown rice flour
1 1/2 ts granular yeast
2 ts sugar
1 1/4 c warm water
4 egg whites
1 tb olive oil
12 oil cured black olives
1 egg yolk mixed with
1/2 teaspoon water
1 garlic clove
1/2 c corn flour
1/2 c cornstarch
2 xanthan gum powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup warm water in
2 glass measure
8 circles on it
4 teaspoons rosemary
3/4 cup warm water to egg olive mixture a stir flour
8 circles marked on the parchment paper heaping it up in the middle
8 diameter
11 ounce loaves
1/8 loaf
3 protein
18 carbohydrate
3 fat
2 saturated
13 mg cholesterol
