One-skillet: Chicken And Spinach With White Beans

Ingredients

3 ts extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
2 celery stalks
4 garlic
2 shallots
15 oz tomatoes
1 1/2 ts rosemary
1 tb cornstarch
1 c chicken broth
15 cannellini
12 oz spinach
10 black olives brine cured
2 ts oil in nonstick
1 ts oil

Instructions

about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Garnish with chopped olives. Serve at once.
