Onion Dip

Ingredients

8 oz lo cal yogurt
1/2 onions
2 ts lemon juice
2 tb parsley
1 ds pepper sauce
1 ds horseradish
1 ds salt and pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Yield: 1 1/2 C 1 serving = 1/2 milk, 1/2 veg Calories: 72
