Orange Cheesecake With Strawberries

Ingredients

1 c vanilla wafers
1/2 ts cinnamon
1 tb egg
1 vegetable oil cooking spray
16 oz low-fat cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese
3/8 c sugar
1 tb all purpose flour
2 tb orange juice
1 1/2 ts orange rind
1 ts vanilla extract
1 navel orange
1 pt strawberries

5 grams
9 springform with cooking spray

Instructions
