1 c sugar 1/2 c shortening 2 eggs 1 c sour cream 1/4 ts salt 1 ts baking soda 2 c flour 1 ts vanilla 1 c raisins 1 orange
Instructions
Add soda to cream. Grate orange peel. Pour hot water over raisins, then grind. Bake in large flat pan. Roll in powdered sugar or use orange icing. Note: No temperature give. Assume a slow 325 F. oven.
