Ingredients

3/4 mung bean sprouts
6 oz rice noodles
1/4 wide
3 tb lime juice
3 tb catsup
1 tb brown sugar
1/4 c fish sauce
3 tb peanut oil
4 garlic
1 chile
1 1/2 ts pepper flakes
2 c carrots
4 pinch eggs
5/8 c peanuts
8 scallions
