Pan-sized Lemon-blackberry Pancakes With Citr
Ingredients
1 3/4 c milk
5/8 c lemon juice
2 1/4 c flour
2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts baking soda
3 tb sugar
1/2 ts salt
1 lemon zest
2 eggs
1/4 c butter melted
8 blackberries
1 individual berries block with no sugar partially defrosted but firm
1/2 egg whites batter to lighten i
10 in nonstick skillet over heat
1 batter being sure to get even amount of berries in pancake
1 c water
2 c sugar
2 tb lemon zes heat water
