Panang Beef
Ingredients
some salt and pepper

1 lb beef
1/4 ts salt
1 pepper
8 chilis
1 kha
3 shallots
6 garlic
2 ts lemon grass
1 ts coriander root
1 ts kaffir
10 peppercorns
1 ts shrimp paste
4 3/8 c coconut milk
1 5/8 c coconut cream
1 c peanuts
12 basil leaves
2 tb fish sauce
2 tb palm sugar
Instructions
