2 lb cottage cheese
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 ts vanilla
2 packages farmers cheese
1 c raspberry jam
3/4 c butter
2 ts lemon rind
6 food coloring
3/8 c raisins
1/4 c orange peel
1/4 c almonds
5 plastic
3 double-thicknesses of cheesecloth
1/2 pound cottage cheese
2 batches
23 cans
2 in refrigerator
1 week

Instructions

almonds. Slice into wedges and serve as cheesecake, or spread on Kulich.
