Passover Apple Cake

Ingredients

18 egg whites
18 egg yolks
1 c sugar
9 atzo meal
9 otato starch
2 lemon
6 apples
1 tb lemon juice
1 1/2 ts cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
18 tbls
9 egg
1/2 batter ungreased
13 baking

Instructions

bowl combine 6 apples, grated; 1/2 cup sugar; 1 tbls. lemon juice and 1 1/2 ts. cinnamon. Spread remaining batter over apples. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer, until brown.. ----
