3 tb butter 3 tb olive oil 1 shallot 1 stalk celery 7 oz crab meat 1 tb tomato paste 4 oz tomato sauce 1 c sparkling wine 12 oz pasta according to directions
Instructions
Melt butter in oil and sautee shallot and celery until translucent. Add paste and tomato sauce. Mix well. Add flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 min. Add crab and cook for 5 more min. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot pasta.
