Pasta With Sake Clam Sauce

Ingredients

2 packages clams
3/4 c onion
2 garlic
1 c sake
2 t capers
10 linguine
1/4 c parsley
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1/8 chiles
12 frying
1/4 cup sake
1/4 liquid remains
4 quarts water to a in
8 quart on high
2 forks until most of the liquid is absorbed
