Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

2 biscuit mix
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoon sugar
3 cup peaches
5/8 cup sugar
1 t flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoon butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425F. Mix filling ingredients in pot; place on mediumheat and allow to boil. Put hot fruit in bottom of buttered casseroledish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with 1 Tbsp butter. Mixdough ingredients in separate bowl; form into boll. Roll out dough.

cover filling with rolled dough. Dot dough with butter and sprinklewith 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Bake 30 minutes at 425F.

Apples, pears and plums may also be used with this recipe.
