1 lb round steak 1 1/2 c rice 3/4 c peanut butter 1 c carrots 3/4 c tomato sauce 2 celery stalks 1 onion 2 eggs 1/4 c green peppers 1 ts salt 1 ts pepper

Directions Couldn't be easier: Brown the ground round steak with the chopped onion. In a casserole dish, mix together the peanut butter and the tomato sauce. Mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 F. for about 1 hour.
