Pecan Crunch Apple Pie
Ingredients
2 c cooking apples
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c all purpose flour
1 egg yolk
1/2 ts vanilla extract
1/2 ts squeezed lemon juice
1/2 c pecans
1 egg until foamy
9 unbaked pie shell
Instructions
Put chopped apples in a large bowl. Add sugar, flour, egg yolk, vanilla, lemon juice and pecans; mix well. Add egg white. Stir well and pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until ----
