Pecan Fingers
Ingredients
3/4 c powdered sugar
3/8 c shortening
3/8 c margarine
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 ts salt
2 eggs
1 c packed brown sugar
1 c pecans
2 tb all purpose flour
1/2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts vanilla
1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon sal press mixture firmly in rectangular dish
1/4 turn after
Instructions
minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes; cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into about 3 X 1-inch bars. 28 BARS; 145 CALORIES PER BAR. ----
