Pecan-praline Cookie Pizza
Ingredients
3/4 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 ts vanilla
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
3/4 c dairy sour cream
16 pecan
1/2 c pecan
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla till combined
12 pizza
350 oven
1/2 tsp vanilla in a mixing bowl
Instructions
crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Arrange pecan halves around edge of crust. Sprinkle with the chopped pecans. Cool thoroughly in pan on a wire rack; topping will set as it cools. Cut into wedges; serve when cooled. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
