Pecan Pralines

Ingredients

1 c milk
1 c sugar
1 c dark brown sugar
1 t vanilla extract
3 t corn syrup
8 pecan
3/4 c water
24 cupcake papers
3 quart saucepan over high hea stir to thoroughly dissolve
4 pecan in paper
3/4 cup water
