Pepper Cake With Pumpkin & Prunes
Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour
1 ts baking soda
1 ts cinnamon
1 ts ginger
1/2 ts nutmeg
1/4 ts salt
3 oz preserved stem ginger in -syrup
4 oz walnuts
4 oz butter
1 ts black pepper
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c unsweetened pumpkin

Instructions
in middle comes out dry. Cool cake in pan for about 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
