Peppercorn Beef With Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients

3/8 cup clear olive oil
3/8 cup dry wine
1/4 snipped chives
2 garlic
1 teaspoon cracked multicolored
4 beef tenderloin steaks
1 1/4 vegetable kabobs see recipe below
8 tiny potatoes
2 onions
1 zucchini
8 baby sunburst squash
4 miniature sweet peppers
1 sweet pepper quartered
10 skewers

Instructions

Combine 1/4 cup clear olive oil and vinegar salad dressing and 2 teaspoons snipped fresh rosemary in a small bowl. Brush mixture over kaboabs.
