2 teaspoons coarse salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup italian parsley
2 pounds beef tenderloin trimmed

1 sauce whisk all ingredients in bowl
1 beef coarsely grind all peppercorns in spice grinder
1 cup parsley in bowl to blend
1 package roll tenderloin in peppercorn mixture
