1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c butter
1 onion
1/2 c dry wine
1 black pepper
2 c short rice
1/4 c parsley
6 cooking time
3 cups water
6 mussels in the shell for
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup water for a different flavour
