1. Mix ingredients and kneed for 10 minutes until the dough is very smooth.
2. Separate the dough per pizza and keep in refrigerator over night.
3. Take dough from refrigerator and carefully expand it into a round pizza shape.
4. Add toppings
5. Bake in preheated 400ºC pizza oven for 4 to 5 minutes. Or bake in regular oven (preferably on a pizza stone) at 250ºC degrees for 8 to 10 minutes
