Polish Sausage

Ingredients

4 lb pork butt
1 lb beef stew meat
2 t pepper
1 t marjoram leaves
8 garlic clove
1/4 ts allspice
3 1/2 ts salt

Instructions

Grind pork and beef very coarsely. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
