some parmesan parsley
10 c chicken broth
1 lb chicken
2 slices bread
3 tb parmesan cheese
2 tb parsley
1 egg
1 ts garlic
1 ts lemon rind
Instructions
cheese and freshly chopped parsley. Lean turkey can be substituted for the chicken.
